Career Land Center, LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our partner Luxury Beauty Salon in Qatar. You will drive sales of beauty services and retail products while delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.

The role requires prior beauty industry sales experience, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. English fluency is required; Arabic is an advantage, and candidates in Qatar are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales within the beauty industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience selling beauty services and beauty products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell salon services, beauty treatments, and retail products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Recommend suitable beauty services and products based on clients' needs.
• Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Work closely with the salon team to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
