Job summary

Aldibel L.L.C invites a dynamic Sale Representative for Cosmetic Pharmaceuticals to join our Doha team. You will promote and sell our cosmetic pharmaceutical line to beauty professionals, dermatologists, and retailers across Qatar, aiming to exceed sales targets.

Ideal candidates have proven pharma or cosmetic sales experience, a Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing, fluency in English and Arabic, and are willing to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in pharma or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our cosmetic pharmaceutical line.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide expert advice on product usage, benefits, and applications to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
• Manage sales territory effectively, including planning travel and optimizing routes for client visits.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
