Apparel Group in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Store Operations & Customer Experience Specialist for luxury beauty retail. You will oversee daily store operations, coach Beauty Advisors on consultations, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include driving KPIs, inventory management, promotions, and on-floor training to uphold service excellence and store presentation in a fast-paced launch-driven environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail; at least 1 year supervisory.
• Strong understanding of beauty products and customer experience standards.
• Proven ability to support KPIs and drive team performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Thrives in fast-paced, launch-driven retail environment.
• Familiarity with POS, inventory and retail reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, grooming, tester hygiene, floor readiness.
• Guide Beauty Advisors on consultation techniques and product storytelling to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Handle customer queries while maintaining brand service standards.
• Support SOPs, hygiene practices, and store discipline.
• Assist in achieving KPIs, stock monitoring, replenishment, and stock availability.
• Lead and develop the team; coach on launches and service excellence.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, and visual merchandising standards.
