Genus, a GCC hiring platform, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to expand our presence in Qatar. You will present to government entities, hospitals, universities, and large employers, leveraging your network to close deals and sign agreements.

Based in Doha and on-site at QSTP, you will work with the founding team to shape go-to-market strategies across the GCC through direct engagement with senior decision-makers, delivering measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B/B2G business development in the GCC.
• Proven record of closing, often from the first meeting.
• Confidence presenting to C-suite, government, and investors.
• A strong GCC network in HR, healthcare, education, or government.
• Fluent English; Arabic a strong plus; right to work in Qatar (QID).

Responsabilités
