Job summary

Giift Inc. in Doha seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to own end-to-end client revenue growth across Qatar and select GCC markets. You will drive account expansion and manage complex revenue targets with executive relationships.

As a senior contributor, you will translate platform value into ROI, oversee onboarding and quarterly reviews, and collaborate with Product and Growth teams to tailor offerings for the region.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of customer-facing experience with revenue targets.
• Experience managing complex enterprise accounts in Qatar and GCC.
• Strong understanding of regional procurement and enterprise cycles.
• Ability to translate product value to C-level ROI.
• English fluency; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue growth and cross-sell initiatives across Qatar and GCC.
• Drive redemption and catalog adoption for GCC markets.
• Manage post-sale lifecycle for enterprise, banking, and government accounts; conduct QBRs.
• Align with regional stakeholders; navigate procurement norms to ensure program stickiness.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to feedback roadmap and resolve issues.
