Job summary

Amentum seeks an FHE Technician in Qatar to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Fuels assets in line with USAF publications and the PWS. You will ensure compliance with the PWS and the Amentum QMS, and support deployments as required.

We value hands-on experience with pumping systems and engines, strong safety practices, and the ability to read technical publications. The role involves fieldwork in a maintenance shop or yard and may require TDY domestically or internationally.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years hands-on experience with pumping systems and engines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical publications.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Fuels assets in accordance with USAF publications and the PWS.
• Evaluate condition of Fuels assets and related components.
• Perform visual inspections and functional checks.
• Troubleshoot deficiencies and perform corrective maintenance repairs.
• Calibrate gauges and meters; perform hydrostatic tests.
