Job summary

Amentum seeks an FHE Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Fuels assets in accordance with USAF publications and the PWS. Tasks include inspections, diagnostics, rebuilding components, calibrations, and completing time sheets and work orders.

Work may occur in a maintenance shop or warehouse and can require TDY. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, wearing PPE, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write and speak English at beginner level.
• Ability to interpret technical publications and maintenance instructions.
• Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation license.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve inbound equipment from loading/unloading areas.
• Evaluate condition of Fuels assets and components.
• Perform visual inspections and functional checks.
• Troubleshoot deficiencies and perform corrective maintenance.
