Job summary

Amentum is seeking an FHE Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Fuels assets in accordance with USAF publications and the PWS. This role ensures adherence to the PWS and Amentum's QMS and may involve TDY assignments.

The technician will inspect, test, and repair fuel pumping systems, engines, and related components, ensuring safe, compliant operations in a maintenance shop or field environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at a beginner level.
• Ability to interpret technical publications, maintenance action sheets, safety and environmental instructions.
• Capacity to work effectively with diverse workforce encompassing different cultural backgrounds.
• Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Fuels assets.
• Evaluate condition of Fuels assets and related components.
• Perform visual inspections and functional checks.
• Troubleshoot deficiencies and perform corrective maintenance repair.
