Rotana Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent at City Centre Rotana, Doha to deliver professional, guest-focused service from arrival to departure.

You will greet guests by name where possible, assist with check-in/check-out, respond to requests, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions.

Attention to detail, privacy, and adherence to hotel policies and cash handling procedures are essential to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or guest services.
• Ability to greet guests by name when known.
• Knowledge of hotel information and local services.
• Familiarity with front desk cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests to achieve high satisfaction through personalized arrival to departure.
• Ensure guests are personally greeted by name, if known, and escorted to their room.
• Conduct in-room & hotel familiarization and assist guests with activity enquiries/requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including hours, promotions, events and attractions.
• Maintain awareness of rate levels and occupancy to optimise selling.
• Accurately administer Front Desk cashiering standards and comply with policies and procedures.
• Process accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings of incidental charges.
• Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details are disclosed.
• Demonstrate understanding of hotel policies and service standards and knowledge of facilities.
