Job summary

City Centre Rotana Doha is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service in a dynamic Front Office environment in Doha. You will warmly greet guests, assist with their luggage, and ensure a memorable stay by coordinating with hotel departments and using the Opera profile system.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner from arrival through departure.
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
• Utilise Opera guest profile system to tailor guest experience.
• Assist with luggage from arrival to room and from room to departure.
• Handle messages, mail and packages for guests and employees.
• Deliver morning newspapers to rooms and guest messages promptly.
• Keep concierge desk and storeroom clean, tidy, and organized.
