Job summary

EY's MENA Finance – FP&A Lead/Manager role seeks an experienced finance professional to lead P&L analysis and deliver best-in-class reporting and analytics. The role emphasizes developing financial models, providing strategic insights, and driving Service Line initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team of FP&A analysts, oversee weekly and monthly performance reporting, and ensure accuracy across reporting cycles while partnering with the Operations Lead on root cause analysis

Qualifications

• Finance-related degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 8 years or more of relevant finance department experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ownership.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to constructively challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of FP&A analysts, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Oversee the production of weekly and monthly reports on business performance.
• Own and manage the P&L, ensuring accuracy and accountability across reporting cycles.
• Drive Actual vs. Plan tracking on KPIs, explaining variances with actionable insight.
• Lead the delivery of financial analytics and insights that inform business decisions.
• Partner with the Operations Lead on root cause analysis of variances and solutions.
• Lead development of financial models across multiple scenarios to assess business levers.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with the Finance team and SL leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial data relating to the Service Line.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and information gathering within FP&A.
• Support ad-hoc requests from Finance and SL leadership.
