Job summary

Ernst & Young AE is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to drive P&L analysis and financial modelling for its Service Line in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of FP&A analysts, deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, and partner with Operations to identify root causes of variances and actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Finance degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant FP&A or finance dept experience.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor FP&A analysts to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Oversee weekly and monthly reports on business performance.
• Own and manage the P&L with accuracy across reporting cycles.
• Drive Actual vs Plan tracking with variance analysis and actionable insight.
• Lead the delivery of financial analytics to inform key business decisions.
• Partner with the Operations Lead on root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Develop financial models across multiple scenarios to test levers.
• Build strong relationships within the Finance team and Service Line leadership.
• Serve as the primary contact for all financial data related to the Service Line.

As EY rolls out All In across its firms Financial Planning amp Analysis plays an increasingly critical role in safeguarding and enhancing profitability while delivering strategic insight This role will be instrumental in enabling the supported Service Line to achieve these objectives This role calls for an experienced finance professional capable of leading comprehensive P amp L analysis The successful candidate will establish best-in-class support functional expertise and reporting solutions with a particular focus on analytics financial modelling and Service Line initiatives

Your key responsibilities
