Qualifications

• Finance-related degree from a reputable university.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Completed or in-progress professional accountancy qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor FP&A analysts, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.
• Oversee weekly and monthly performance reporting.
• Own the P&L with accurate reporting cycles.
• Drive Actual vs. Plan tracking and explain variances with insight.
• Develop financial models across scenarios to assess business levers.
