Premier Inn Hotels LLC is looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain a safe, clean environment for guests from arrival. You will keep public surfaces sparkling and support back-of-house spaces to ensure offices are clean and safe for colleagues.

The role requires strong customer service, fitness for cleaning duties, attention to detail, and a genuine care for the guest experience; growth within the company is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1 year of experience within hotel industry.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality guest room cleaning and ensure guests feel relaxed.
• Clean corridors and lobby areas around assigned rooms.
• Follow Lost and Found policy for items left in the area.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues.
• Ensure linen and trolley areas are tidy and well stocked.
• Maintain brand standards in cleanliness and presentation.
• Support back-of-house spaces to keep offices clean.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you showcase the property from the moment they arrive ensuring that the guest stays in a safe, clean environment. You are responsible for how the hotel shines and sparkles - that all public surfaces and areas are at their best and reporting any issues you find. You also support the hotel in the back of house to ensure that office spaces are safe and clean for all your colleagues. This important role requires great customer services skills, fitness, cleaning skills, attention to detail and a genuine care about what you do.

What will I be doing

• Deliver the best quality guest rooms cleaning services and make sure every guest feels they can relax and enjoy their time with us
• Clean corridors and floor public areas around the guest rooms assigned
• Follow Lost and Found policy for any items left in the area
• Report any safety hazards and violations
• Report any maintenance or repair issues
• Report any lost items from the guest rooms
• Ensure linen is in good condition and placed as per brand standards
• Accountable for the best appearance of the trolley and pantry area, ensuring to keep them clean and tidy at all times

Experience

Ideally 1 years of experience within Hotel Industry.
