Qualifications

• Minimum three-year degree required for Qatar visa and work permit.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years' experience in financial services or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and wealth-management products.
• Experience managing high-net-worth or Premier clients.
• Excellent communication and sales skills with a client focus.
• Ability to meet regulatory/licensing requirements and work with Compliance and Risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a Premier client portfolio with profitability targets.
• Acquire new clients and develop existing relationships.
• Deliver high standards of client service and wealth reviews.
• Use CRM data to improve client engagement and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with branch and WPB teams to meet business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with HSBC policies and risk controls.
