Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Qatar is seeking a diligent professional to support Wealth Relationship Managers and the Head of Wealth Distribution. You will ensure accurate handling of investment inputs, bookings and regulatory adherence.

The role emphasizes high-quality client service, timely communications, and collaboration with internal teams to sustain growth and compliance within HSBC policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for Qatar visa and work permit.
• Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products and investment transactions.
• Experience with deal-processing, reporting and record-management systems, including ISS, with MS Office proficiency.
• Good understanding of HSBC policies, AML/KYC controls and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage investment deal inputs in ISS, complete sales bookings and ensure commissions are credited accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with operations, group offices and Wealth Management processing to support timely investment transactions.
• Provide high-quality customer service by handling enquiries, redemptions, maturities and regulated complaints.
• Manage annual reviews, callbacks and investment milestones to support retention and reinvestment opportunities.
• Conduct sales-quality checks and maintain compliance with laws, HSBC policies and internal controls.
