Job summary

You will collaborate with business, product and technology teams and map onboarding processes to ensure smooth client activation and delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 7 years of banking experience.
• Exposure to Financial Institutions or Correspondent Banking.
• Knowledge of GTB products (cash management, trade finance, lending, FX).
• Strong BA or PM delivery track record.
• Notice period of 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-selling initiatives and product activation for FI clients.
• Prepare BRDs and BRSs.
• Map and document client onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with business, product, and technology teams.
• Support delivery of BA or PM initiatives.
