Job summary

HireAlpha is seeking a seasoned FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst / Project Manager in Qatar. The role requires 14+ years total experience, with at least 7 years in banking clients, focusing on institutional banking, GTB, and cross-sell. You will drive product activation across multiple domains and coordinate across teams.

The candidate should understand FI clients, onboarding, KYC, and have hands-on BA delivery in product and technology projects, with strong KPI reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with FI/Correspondent Banking and cross-sell activations.
• In-depth knowledge of transaction banking products and usage.
• Hands-on BA or project delivery across business, product, and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Support FI clients, correspondent banks, or institutional banking teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document BRD/BRS requirements.
• Drive cross-sell activation, product adoption, and wallet-share improvement.
• Work across cash management, payments, trade finance, lending, and FX/global markets.
• Map client onboarding, fulfilment, and monitoring processes.
• Coordinate with business, product, operations, and technology teams.
• Identify process gaps and recommend optimization; track KPI reporting.
