• At least 7 years of relevant banking experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
• Experience in Financial Institutions, GTB, Lending, Global Markets, Business Analysis, or Transformation roles.
• Exposure to onboarding, cross-sell, operating model, or process improvement initiatives preferred.

Nair Systems is currently looking for FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst for our Qatar operations

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant banking experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
• Experience in Financial Institutions, GTB, Lending, Global Markets, Business Analysis, or Transformation roles.
• Exposure to onboarding, cross-sell, operating model, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-product banking environments is advantageous.

Required Special Skills:

• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Good understanding of Financial Institutions products and services.
• Knowledge of GTB, Lending, Cash Management, and Global Markets solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
• Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
