Job summary

voco Doha Central seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support smooth restaurant and F&B outlet operations. You’ll lead the service team, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming guest experience in a pre-opening hotel setting in central Doha.

You will supervise daily operations, train the F&B team, and coordinate with events and promotions to drive guest satisfaction and revenue, while maintaining service quality and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, F&B, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven F&B supervisory experience in a 4/5-star hotel environment (≥3 years).
• Strong interpersonal and guest interaction skills.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different,but you’ll mostly be:

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, consistent food quality, and compliance with brand operating standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
• Conduct shift briefings in the absence of the Manager to communicate operational requirements, hotel activities, and team priorities.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints during shifts, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions are completed.
• Monitor cash handling, banking procedures, inventory control, stock levels, and equipment usage in accordance with company standards.
• Assist in coordinating restaurant operations, special events, and promotions to support revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
• Support cost management initiatives and contribute to achieving departmental targets and operational efficiency.

What we need from you

• Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an F&B Supervisor within a 4/5-star hotel environment, with at least 3 years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with local regulations related to food handling, hygiene, and alcohol service (where applicable).
• Strong reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills to handle guest orders, operational documentation, cash handling, and financial transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
