Job summary

Ennismore’s Our Habitas brand in the Middle East seeks an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strict adherence to brand standards. You will lead and develop a service-focused team, coordinate with culinary, stewarding and front office, and maintain safety and presentation across outlets.

This role emphasizes upselling, accurate billing, cost control, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage service and guest relations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure consistently high standards of food and beverage service across outlets.
• Welcome and engage with guests, personalizing dining experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and opportunities to enhance service delivery.
• Supervise, motivate, and support F&B associates to achieve service excellence.
• Assist with preparing duty rosters, attendance, and manpower requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training and regular feedback to team members.
• Support onboarding and development of new associates.
• Promote teamwork and a positive working environment.
• Address performance concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Support achievement of outlet revenue targets through upselling and suggestive selling.
• Monitor operating expenses and minimize wastage.
