Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a dedicated F&B leader to support the overall Food & Beverage operation at Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar By Tivoli. You will drive guest satisfaction, maintain safety and sanitation, and ensure high quality service across the resort's F&B outlets.

Lead and train the team, empower staff to solve problems, and uphold brand standards while delivering top-tier hospitality experiences for guests and visitors in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort.
• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction and quality service.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and uphold brand standards.
• Develop and maintain a strong team environment with proper training and empowerment.
• Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem solving.
