Job summary

W Hotels Doha West Bay seeks an experienced Restaurant/Bar and Room Service leader to supervise daily operations, assist with menu planning, and maintain sanitation standards across outlets. You will work on peak periods and drive guest satisfaction while supporting financial performance.

The role requires strong team leadership, hands-on coaching, training needs analysis, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and local laws to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B or related area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hospitality/Business with 2 years in F&B.
• Experience supervising a kitchen or service operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and room service operations.
• Lead the F&B team, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sanitation, training, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Manage HR activities including staffing, performance, and recognition.
