Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in food & beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• Management experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of luxury brand standards (LQA/Forbes) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead food and beverage operations with emphasis on guest satisfaction and financial goals.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure adherence to brand service culture and quality standards.
• Collaborate with GM on annual quality audits and cost controls.
