Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 4 years of F&B/culinary experience.
• Alternative: 2-year degree in Food Service/Hotel Management and 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service.
• Manage budgets, financial objectives and cost controls for F&B departments.
• Ensure guest and employee satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
• Lead and develop the F&B team, providing coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with all food and beverage laws and regulations.
