Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Doha places a leader in charge of all food and beverage operations across culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service. The role oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and achieving financial targets while ensuring compliance with F&B laws and regulations.

The position focuses on developing and implementing business plans for food and beverage, leading the entire department, coaching staff and delivering exceptional service to guests

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food & beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree in a related field with 2 years experience in food & beverage or related professional area.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.
• Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Utilizes budgets to understand financial objectives.
• Manages the Food and Beverage departments (not catering sales).
• Supervises and manages employees; handles day-to-day operations; covers duties as needed.
• Leads with integrity, vision and direction to meet departmental goals efficiently.
• Provides excellent customer service and responds to guest concerns promptly.
• Drives quality and ensures standards are met daily.

Formação académica

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in F&B or related professional area

2-year degree in Food Service Management / Hotel and Restaurant Management / Hospitality / Business Administration; 2 years experience in F&B or related area
