Job summary

Maseera in Doha, Qatar is seeking a senior leader to oversee all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service, with accountability for guest satisfaction and staff performance.

You will maintain highest standards, drive financial results, ensure compliance with all applicable F&B laws, and develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the food and beverage division, partnering with culinary and service teams to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service.
• Oversee guest and employee satisfaction, maintain standards and meet or exceed financial goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of applicable food and beverage laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement the business plan for food and beverage.
