Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily restaurant operations and staffing.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service.
• Reviews staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives.
• Leads and coaches team; ensures compliance with policies, laws and standards.
• Manages guest satisfaction and service delivery from arrival to departure.
• Oversees purchasing and payment of invoices within the department.
