Job summary

The St. Regis Doha is seeking an experienced Management-level professional to oversee all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage financial objectives, and ensure compliance with F&B laws and regulations. Responsibilities include developing business plans for F&B, leading the F&B team, maintaining service standards, and coaching staff to achieve continuous improvement and exceptional service for a luxury

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in F&B, culinary, or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in F&B, culinary, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for F&B.
• Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
• Provides coaching and guidance to team members to improve service quality and productivity.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and aligns staff with the brand's service culture.
• Manages day-to-day operations and measures performance against standards.
