Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage service, with supervisory exposure in luxury hospitality.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house team members during shifts, ensuring luxury service protocols.
• Ensure thorough handovers between shifts and effective inter-department communication.
• Drive revenue through upselling programmes and uphold health, safety and quality standards.
• Oversee stock, costs, and wastage, and ensure compliance with brand SOPs.
