We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring all meals served meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative menus offering a variety of culinary choices
• Ensure that all food products are of the highest quality
• Supervise and train kitchen staff in the preparation of food items, cleanliness and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure fresh ingredients are available
• Develop recipes that adhere to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Prepare budget estimates for food costs and labor costs

Requirements

• Proven experience as executive chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
• Excellent knowledge of cuisine types with a focus on international dishes; Middle Eastern cuisine is preferred
• Great attention to detail when plating dishes and preparing ingredients
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff members to ensure high quality standards are consistently met
• Ability to work under pressure in busy environments with tight deadlines; must be flexible with hours as needed.
