You will be responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of high-quality cuisine in our restaurant. You should have excellent cooking skills, both in terms of technical ability and knowledge of international cuisines. You must also be able to manage a kitchen staff effectively, delegate tasks, and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality food ingredients.
