Job summary

Executive Chef - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen and staff, producing high-quality dishes that meet customer satisfaction and create a positive dining experience.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or restaurant. A strong passion for cooking and developing new recipes is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene while minimizing wastage
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen such as food purchasing, menu planning, staff supervision, etc.
• Recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating kitchen personnel to ensure efficient operation
• Developing new recipes while incorporating local flavors into traditional dishes

The salary package offered is 1400 QAR per month depending on experience. We are open to consider experienced foreigners as well as those with no previous experience.
