Executive Chef job vacancy in Doha Qatar

EXECUTIVE CHEF - DOHA

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a creative eye and the ability to manage a tight-knit kitchen staff. In addition, you must have exceptional organizational and managerial skills.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen, including overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality standards are met. You will be expected to create menus, monitor inventory and purchase supplies as needed. Furthermore, you will work with other staff members to develop menu items and ensure food safety protocols are followed.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or have worked in a similar capacity at a restaurant or hotel. You must also possess excellent communication and leadership skills; the ability to work under pressure; strong organization skills; and advanced culinary knowledge including food presentation techniques.
