Job summary

Executive Chef

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1700 QAR/month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent culinary skills and at least one year of experience as an Executive Chef. We are open to considering candidates from abroad.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen; planning and directing food preparation and presentation; developing new menu items; managing kitchen staff; controlling inventory and resources; ensuring quality control and health code compliance; and maintaining cost controls. The successful candidate should demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to customers, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef


• Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction through creating innovative menus


• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations, and health standards


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
