EventMakers Entertainment is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a passion for authentic spices and techniques.

You will create and update menus, manage kitchen staff, control inventory and budget, ensure food quality and safety, and collaborate with management to develop new concepts. English fluency is required; housing assistance can be arranged.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing budgets.
