Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine
An upscale restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menu items, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment, with a strong knowledge of Indian ingredients and cooking techniques. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Salary is 1600$ per month without accommodation provided.
