Job summary

PPOAR in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar seeks an experienced Indian Executive Chef to lead our kitchen, craft a diverse Indian menu, and uphold the highest quality standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You must be an Indian national with at least 2 years in an Executive Chef role, strong leadership, and the ability to train staff, manage inventory, and control food costs while maintaining guest satisfaction. No English language skills required; 12th pass candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be Indian national with strong knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and ability to create unique dishes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, food cost and menu development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
