Responsibilities

• Overall management of the kitchen, including menu creation, development, and seasonal updates.
• Staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Food preparation, quality assurance, and adherence to hygiene regulations.
• Stock level management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Foster a positive working atmosphere to sustain high productivity.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or a similar role in a reputable restaurant.
