Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Events department and ensure smooth execution of all functions.
• Coordinate and supervise conferences, weddings, social events, VIP functions and outdoor events.
• Ensure all event setups are completed according to the BEO and operational standards.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event follow-ups.
• Monitor event flow and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure all venues are maintained to the highest presentation standards.
