Job summary

Rosewood in Doha invites applications for an Associate Experience role. You will assist guests and planners with show-arounds of meeting spaces, explain capacities and layouts, and gather requirements to convert inquiries into events.

You will coordinate event logistics across departments, prepare BEOs and floor plans, and ensure flawless on-site execution for weddings, meetings and VIPs. Luxury service per Rosewood standards applies.

Responsibilities

• Show guests & planners around meeting spaces to generate bookings.
• Explain room capacities, setups and event logistics to clients.
• Gather guest requirements and update the team accordingly.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed events with confident hospitality communication.
• Prepare all event-related documents including BEOs, setups, floor plans, and operation notes.
• Communicate event details to Banquet Ops, Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering, Housekeeping and other internal teams.
• Support high-profile weddings, meetings and VIP events on-site.
• Coordinate on-site needs and maintain readiness of all meeting rooms and venues.
• Print buffet name tags, food labels, menus, table tags and signage with luxury branding.
• Maintain event files, calendars and departmental checklists; follow up with vendors and internal teams.
