This is a fixed-term role (12 months in duration), with the possibility of further engagement subject to performance and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination and on-site delivery of events.
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and support their operational requirements.
  • Coordinate event setups, including event spaces, signage, branding, wayfinding, F&B locations and other venue requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure requirements are delivered on time.
  • Maintain event schedules, documentation, accreditation information and operational records.
  • Support the tracking and management of event assets, equipment and FF&E.

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years of hands-on event coordination experience, preferably within sporting, entertainment or other large-scale events.
  • Experience supporting event setup, venue operations, logistics, suppliers and/or client requirements. This role requires practical involvement in event preparation and on-site delivery. Experience limited primarily to general administration or office-based coordination without hands-on event operations exposure may not be directly relevant.
