Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking a senior professional to lead the Estimation & Tendering function for major EPC projects across Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Power, Utilities, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors. • 18-20+ years of Estimation & Tendering experience in EPC or major construction organizations.
• Strong experience in Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, LNG, Petrochemical, Power, and Utility projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and EPC contracting.
• Proven leadership in strategic bid management and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary bid teams through the full tender lifecycle.
• Develop bid strategies, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Identify technical, commercial, contractual, and execution risks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, Finance, Commercial, and Project Controls teams.
• Manage client, consultant, subcontractor, supplier, and JV partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary bid teams through the full tender lifecycle.
• Develop bid strategies, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Identify technical, commercial, contractual, and execution risks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, Finance, Commercial, and Project Controls teams.
• Manage client, consultant, subcontractor, supplier, and JV partner relationships.
• Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 18-20+ years of Estimation & Tendering experience within EPC or major construction organizations.
• Strong experience in Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, LNG, Petrochemical, Power, and Utility projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and EPC contracting.
• Proven leadership in strategic bid management and commercial decision-making.

Competencies

• Expertise in quantity take-offs, resource planning, construction methodologies, and cost estimation.
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle, tendering processes, and commercial evaluation.
• Excellent analytical, risk assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value bids under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
