Job summary

Qualifications

• 15 years’ experience in related field with 5 years in managerial position.
• Age maximum of 50 years.
• Strong knowledge and background in structural fabrication work.

Responsibilities

• Received enquiry or tender from customer and tender team.
• Conduct joint review of customer enquiry or tender requirements.
• Review and prepare competitive proposal and estimation based on customer requirements.
• Identify risks associated with the particular enquiry or tender.
• Coordinate with Tender Team to prepare technical commercial documents.
• Conduct contract review to ensure alignment of proposal and estimates.
• Conduct site visits during customer enquiry or tender stage.
• Act as focal person for customer communication.
• Identify variations in the contract during work execution.
• Ensure that all works are completed and invoiced.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Received enquiry or tender from customer and tender team respectively
• Conduct joint review of customer enquiry or tender requirements
• Review and or prepare competitive proposal and estimation based on the requirement of the customer enquiry or tender
• Identify risk associated with the particular enquiry or tender
• Coordinate to Tender Team and prepare technical commercial documents as required in the tender in a timely manner
• Conduct contract review to analyze contract terms and ensure alignment of the submitted proposal and estimates during enquiry and tender stage
• Conduct site visit during customer enquiry or tender stage as required
• Act as focal person for any customer communication and ensure that any changes in the requirement are coordinated to responsible section
• Identify any variation in the contract during work execution and prepare necessary variation order request to customer
• Ensure that all works or services as per contract are completed and invoiced to customer
• Reports to Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Courses
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in related field with 5 years in managerial position
• Maximum 50 years of age
• Strong knowledge and background in structural fabrication work
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry
