Role Description

The Senior Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, leading day-to-day communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns and projects. The Senior Account Manager coordinates internal creative and strategy teams, oversees timelines and budgets, prepares proposals and reports, and monitors performance against client objectives. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, presenting strategic recommendations, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. Collaboration, problem-solving, and proactive project oversight are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in account management or client services within a marketing, branding, or advertising agency.
• Strong skills in client communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage projects, and handle timelines and budgets effectively.
• Experience in developing and presenting strategic marketing or branding proposals and performance reports.
• Solid understanding of branding, storytelling, and campaign execution across digital and traditional channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Doha, Qatar.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing or project management are a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign data, draw insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
