Job summary

MEEZA QSTP is seeking an Employee Relations professional to analyze trends, support investigations, and help shape policies that align with legal requirements and company values. You will advise managers, conduct trainings on effective conflict resolution, and maintain confidential records while ensuring privacy compliance, contributing to a harmonious workplace in Doha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in human resources or a similar field.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on employee relations trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support resolution of employee relations matters including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze employee data and metrics to identify trends and improve engagement.
• Assist in development and implementation of policies and programs aligned with laws and best practices.
• Provide guidance to managers on policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Conduct training on ER topics to promote positive workplace relations.
• Maintain confidential ER records and ensure privacy compliance.
• Perform all duties related to Employee Relations.
