PwC Middle East in Doha is seeking a HC Associate to join the Internal Firm Services team. You will help manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The role involves working with payroll, government relations, and mobility teams to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery for a multinational client base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR operations and lifecycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HC operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, records, transfers, offboarding) and related compliance.
• Assist payroll coordination and government relations support across HR processes.
