B888 Contracting in Doha, Qatar seeks a Female Sales Account Manager / Sales & Marketing Specialist with 5–7 years of direct experience in Events, Exhibitions, or Creative Production, to drive new business and manage key client relationships.

This full-time, on-site role offers exposure to major regional projects, a structured incentive plan, and opportunities for professional development; Arabic is a plus, driving license required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience required.
• Proven B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of quotations, costing, budgeting, and tenders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage key client accounts.
• Develop client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, costing, budgets, proposals, and tenders.
• Handle client presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Design, Finance, Operations, and Production teams.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and reporting.
