Job summary

Capelle Pillai Decor WLL in Doha, Qatar seeks a Sales Executive cum Document Controller to drive sales and manage project documentation. You will generate leads, build client relationships, and coordinate with teams for smooth event execution.

1–2 years in Events & Exhibition preferred; proficiency in Aconex and Excel essential; strong communication and driving license a plus. Immediate joiners encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the Events & Exhibition industry in Doha, Qatar.
• Proven ability in lead generation and business development.
• Good knowledge of Aconex and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Valid Driving License (DL) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive sales and contribute to business growth
• Maintain accurate project and client records using Aconex
• Manage documentation and ensure records are properly updated
