Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar is seeking a Senior QA Lead to drive automated, AI-powered quality across the customer experience. You will scale QA from sampling to 100% coverage, partnering with global teams and translating data into concrete product and operational improvements.

You will own governance and tooling integrations with our helpdesk and data stack, leading a high-velocity QA program across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality assurance, CX strategy or operations.
• Hands-on experience implementing automated or AI-assisted QA at scale.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and BI tools.
• Track record of QA insights driving policy or tooling changes.

Responsibilities

• Own a single, ongoing view of service quality across markets, channels and issue types.
• Lead the move to automated QA covering 100% of contacts with AI/LLM scoring.
• Define and maintain QA governance linking to tools, processes and policies.
• Partner with global teams to translate QA insights into actionable fixes.
